How we got here

Seven years, three flats, one very patient sourdough starter and a question asked on the walls of Lucca. Here’s our story so far, in four short chapters.

Villa Cetinale

A seventeenth-century villa at the end of a long cypress avenue, surrounded by lemon gardens, olive groves and a wild ilex wood. We fell in love with it the moment we walked through the gates.
